SUMMARY
SafetyWerx offers CPO approved Working at Heights refresher training to participants who have previously taken an CPO approved Working at Heights training course and have been issued a proof of training card with ID number from the CPO. You must have an CPO Working at Heights ID to register for this course.
If you have lost your CPO issued Working at Heights proof of training card or it is not legible you can get a replacement card by phoning the Ministry of Labour Health and Safety Contact Centre at 1-877-202-0008.
The course is approximately four hours and includes a review of the theory previously learned in an CPO approved Working at Heights training program as well as a review of any changes to O. Reg. 213/91 for construction projects that have occurred within the last three years and affect those who work at heights.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
Be aware of any Updates to legislation and review previous theory and practical demonstration of equipment use.
Equipment inspection, donning and adjusting a fall arrest harness to fit properly, and maintaining 100% tie-off in a safe manner when changing anchor points will be reviewed and must be successfully demonstrated by each participant. In order to be re-certified participants must be able to achieve 75% on a written test as well as demonstrate the above learning outcomes.
NOTES: Training certification is valid for 3 years from the time of successful completion.
